This is a great climb for the first time climber who is interested in climbing rock in the mountains. The Basic Rock Course or previous rock climbing experience is required.

Southeast Spur
(1 Day)

Claimed by many to be the best route on Mt. Washington this beautiful knife edged ridge has lots of steep terrain and some of the best rock on the mountain. While the technical difficulties never exceed 5.5, the length, exposure and position make this one of the "must do" routes in Oregon. Previous rock climbing experience required.

Offered: June-October dates arranged on request.
Cost: $275 per person for a group of 2.

West Ridge
(1 Day)

One of Mt. Washington's premier rock routes, the West Ridge is one of the most sustained routes on the mountain. Containing 7 pitches of technical rock up to 5.8 in difficulty, this climb places the climber in incredible positions on the ridge with sweeping views down either side. Significant previous climbing experience is required.

Offered: June-October dates arranged on request.
Cost: $275 per person for a group of 2.

On day 2, we attempt an ascent of Three Fingered Jack or Mt. Washington, putting those rock climbing skills to work in an alpine arena.

Offered: July-September dates arranged on request.
